Role & programme
A historical proposal for a Ukrainian heavy strategic reconnaissance and multirole UAV, discussed publicly by Antonov in February 2021.
This is included as an announced concept, not a current operational aircraft. Antonov’s meeting account establishes that a proposal was discussed with government and industry participants. It does not establish a completed prototype, flight test, production order or continuing 2026 schedule. The proposal must not be silently identified with Liutyi or another later aircraft.
