Evidence & current status
Prototype evaluation and tooling are not proof of present operational-fleet acceptance.
D-Eyes 02 is the hand-launched mini-UAS in Thailand's Defence Technology Institute portfolio. DTI's 2019 account distinguishes it from the multirotor D-Eyes 01 and D-Eyes 03, also called Bua Khao. Shared branding is not a common airframe specification.
An official report records a prototype handover to the Thai Marine Corps on 9 December 2020, alongside training and collection of feedback. This establishes a military evaluation relationship, but not procurement of a complete operational fleet or a permanent production standard.
Later DTI reporting documents industrial-tooling support for D-Eyes 02. That establishes activity beyond its exhibition appearance without supplying an accepted-aircraft count. Numerical performance remains unknown until a model-specific sheet and acceptance record can be paired. The prototype's documented use should remain visible while later production and service claims are tested separately.
