Evidence & current status
Identification and specification are attributed to Ukraine’s Defence Intelligence. Captured-airframe evidence is stronger than a promotional claim, but one specimen does not establish every production variant or an independently verified fleet size.
Role & programme
A Russian expendable drone family used in decoy, reconnaissance and other configurations. It should not be assumed that every Gerbera carries the same equipment.
Ukraine’s intelligence service published an examination in November 2024 and maintains a separate catalogue record. The distinction between decoy and other roles is central to the family’s identity. Performance values from one role cannot be assigned to all aircraft. The reviewed public reporting establishes a physical system but not a complete current fleet or specification.
