Evidence & current status
Brochure placeholders for mass, payload, engine power, range and endurance are omitted. Continuous system coverage is not individual-aircraft endurance.
KUS-VT is the tiltrotor member of Korean Air's publicly presented uncrewed-aircraft portfolio. Tilting propulsion supports both vertical operation and wing-borne cruise. The company's 2023 brochure positions it for observation tasks including maritime applications, where runway-independent operation is a principal design feature.
The brochure supplies several geometric and performance values but leaves other fields as obvious placeholders. This record uses only the entries with meaningful values. In particular, a claim about continuous system coverage must not be read as the endurance of one aircraft: multiple aircraft and support arrangements can sustain a service longer than an individual sortie.
KUS-VT remains separate from KUS-VS because a tiltrotor and a lift-and-cruise arrangement are different aircraft configurations. It also does not inherit the operational status of KUS-FT. No dated military acceptance statement was established in this review, so the brochure is treated as evidence of a development offering rather than an in-service naval fleet.
