Evidence & current status

Status and performance are attributed to the supplier. They do not establish an independently audited fleet size or effectiveness rate.

Role & programme

A Russian medium-altitude remotely piloted aircraft family, with Orion-E offered for export. Sirius is a separate larger programme.

The exporter reports military use and the manufacturer provides several dated brochures. The table identifies the later Orion-E brochure where numbers are available: it lists 1,150 kg maximum take-off mass and distinguishes maximum endurance from endurance with a standard payload. These should not be merged with the older 1,000 kg baseline often repeated in reference material.

Figures apply to the named configuration. Maximum values are not guaranteed operating performance.
