Portfolio presence and development specifications do not establish service acceptance or completion of earlier forecasts.
Black Eagle is Indonesia's medium-altitude, long-endurance aircraft project, distinct from Wulung. PTDI's current portfolio describes observation and search-and-rescue applications. The DEFEND ID industry booklet supplies an intended geometric and performance baseline.
Catalogue specifications are not flight-test results. The endurance and maximum take-off mass here are therefore programme figures rather than measured operational performance. PTDI's separate data-link distance also describes communications, not aircraft travel range.
The reviewed material does not establish a current military acceptance date or accepted fleet. It does not resolve every reported change in sponsorship or schedule. Development status remains visible, and an earlier planned first flight is not converted into an accomplished milestone. Later official flight, certification and production statements must identify the configuration they concern; the family name alone is insufficient to link an advertised capability to an accepted aircraft.
