Evidence & current status
Manufacturer reports IMAA certification; present fleet, acceptance and numeric configuration data remain unconfirmed.
Wulung is PT Dirgantara Indonesia's tactical surveillance aircraft. The current manufacturer page describes a composite airframe powered by a single piston engine in a pusher arrangement, with manual remote control and automatic flight through a ground station.
PTDI states that Wulung obtained certification from Indonesia's military airworthiness authority. Certification and an operational inventory answer different questions: the page does not specify accepted quantities, current availability or each customer's equipment standard.
The entry therefore retains supplier-reported status pending a direct operator record. It does not borrow endurance or payload figures from Black Eagle, the company's much larger MALE project, or an undated Wulung table without clear version information. A dated certificate and current technical sheet would resolve certification scope and establish a more useful numerical comparison. The absence of those documents is recorded as uncertainty, not evidence that the aircraft never operated.
