Evidence & current status
Published historical supplier configuration. Current fleet, delivery batches and later upgrades are not established; no Seeker 400 figures substituted.
Seeker 200 is Denel Dynamics' tactical surveillance aircraft derived from Seeker II. The manufacturer's company profile distinguishes it from the larger Seeker 400 and lists improvements to propulsion, flight control and the ground system. It provides a South African aircraft identity that should not be absorbed into a generic Seeker 400 family entry.
Denel's historical catalogue describes automatic take-off and landing, operator-controlled mission functions and day/night observation equipment. The published performance rows refer to that older offered configuration. They establish a documented baseline but are not evidence that every subsequent customer received the same equipment, or that a particular 2026 aircraft has unchanged performance.
The manufacturer describes the programme as combat proven, but the reviewed sources do not supply a current operator inventory or named delivery batch. This profile therefore retains supplier-reported status rather than converting a portfolio description into independently confirmed present service. Seeker II continuity, Seeker 200 upgrades and Seeker 400 development need separate dates and configurations. A modern customer-specific sheet would help reconcile later figures appearing in secondary references without borrowing the larger aircraft's payload or endurance.
