Evidence & current status
Current manufacturer offering confirmed. Operational acceptance and realised fleet performance were not established.
Shahpar-III is the larger MALE aircraft in GIDS's current unmanned combat-aircraft catalogue. The manufacturer describes a composite airframe, retractable landing gear, redundant flight systems, and a ground station with pilot and payload-operator positions. Publicly listed surveillance options include electro-optical and infrared imaging, radar and signals-intelligence payloads.
The product page assigns different endurance, altitude and internal payload figures to reconnaissance and armed configurations. Its quoted beyond-line-of-sight data-link distance is also a communications specification, not an independently established aircraft radius. Those distinctions prevent the maximum values from being assembled into a fictional single mission configuration.
Shahpar-III is recorded separately from Shahpar-II because the current page identifies a substantially different wingspan and powerplant. The catalogue establishes an available supplier description, but the reviewed source does not identify a complete customer acceptance history or a series-delivery date. The status therefore remains supplier-reported. A future update should attach a dated flight-test or customer statement before asserting an operational fleet, export customer, or achieved performance beyond the published specification.
