Evidence & current status
Manufacturer's site carries a pending corporate-restructuring notice; DOK-ING is retained as the established product manufacturer. Do not assume a legal name change is complete until registration is confirmed.
MV-4 is DOK-ING's tracked remote engineering and demining system. It is substantially larger than a portable bomb-disposal robot and accepts specialised front or rear attachments for mine action, handling and earthmoving. The base machine and each attachment have different dimensions, mass and working characteristics, so one tool's lifting capacity should not be presented as universal vehicle payload.
The programme has documented field use. DOK-ING's April 2025 account describes a completed Ukrainian humanitarian demining project conducted with SafeLane Global and supported by local partner A3-Tech. This offers a named operational example, while remaining a manufacturer account rather than an independent assessment of every performance claim.
The current product page gives base dimensions and weight explicitly without attachments. Remote operator control, cameras and work lighting are established features; the product should not be described as universally autonomous merely because its manufacturer also develops autonomous systems. Local assembly or licensed support arrangements likewise do not turn every MV-4 into a separately designed national model. Future updates should track national configurations and acceptance of their individual tool packages.
