Evidence & current status

Service history is explicitly attributed to Elbit. Optional sensors, crewed modes and export configurations should be checked against each customer contract.

Seagull is Elbit Systems' modular surface-vessel platform for missions including maritime security, underwater sensing and mine countermeasures. It is included here because it supports genuine uncrewed operation, although its design also permits a crewed mode. Those two operating modes should not be confused with a requirement for personnel to remain aboard during remote missions.

The manufacturer describes a twelve-metre craft with removable floats and interchangeable mission suites. A common control system can supervise two vessels, and links can connect a shore site or supporting ship to the platform. Different sonar and optical arrangements are offered; a catalogue option is not evidence that every delivered boat carries it.

Elbit stated in March 2021 that Seagull had served with the Israeli Navy since 2017 and that international production and deployment were underway. That is a named supplier assertion of service, rather than an independently published fleet inventory. The current four-day-plus endurance claim refers to cruising operation. Public sources reviewed do not establish a complete current operator list or uniform fleet configuration.
