Evidence & current status
Source superlatives such as Europe's largest USV are not adopted. Public unveiling and manufacturer claims do not establish completed deliveries, all-weather performance or service readiness. Portugal is the stated design/R&D location; the Ukrainian family heritage and Kyiv unveiling are not counted as proof of MV11 production in Ukraine.
MV11 is a newly announced member of UFORCE's MAGURA family, presented during Ukraine's Independence Day unmanned-systems display in August 2026. The company identifies its Portuguese design and research organisation as the developer. Its intended role is to carry mission equipment and support other uncrewed systems, extending the family beyond the better-known smaller surface craft.
The public announcement describes a hull up to twelve metres long and substantially more payload capacity than the original V7. It also gives ambitious endurance and range figures. These are advertised design capabilities; the announcement does not provide an independent sea-trial report, a completed naval acceptance event or a delivered customer fleet.
MV11 therefore remains classified as announced in this catalogue. Its relationship to operational MAGURA vessels provides programme context, but cannot establish that the new vessel has the same maturity. Published maxima are kept separate because payload, speed, weather and duration interact. Future updates should distinguish a demonstration appearance, an actual order, a verified trial and entry into service.
