Ocean Power Technologies reported on 21 September that its WAM-V 8, 16 and 22 surface vessels participated in REPMUS 2026 in Portugal. The company described activity spanning environmental assessment, mine countermeasures, harbour security, surveillance and above-water warfare.
OPT also reported integration with US command-and-control systems and training for US Navy and Marine Corps personnel.
