Latvia's Investment and Development Agency reported on 25 September that ORIGIN and Anduril had signed a memorandum of understanding during a Latvian trade mission to the United States. The companies plan to examine whether ORIGIN's BLAZE interceptor can connect with Anduril's Lattice command software and with other sensors used for counter-drone missions.
The agency says the agreement calls for joint tests, demonstrations and validation in Latvia, alongside work on an operating concept and data exchange. These are planned activities. The announcement does not report a completed BLAZE–Lattice integration test, a procurement award or operational acceptance of the combined system.
What to watch
The proposed work matters because an interceptor's performance depends in part on how quickly sensors and operators can identify and assign a target. Follow-up evidence would include a completed integration demonstration, test conditions and an operator assessment. Claims about the individual products in the agency release should not be read as measured performance of the proposed combination.
